Promoting Excellence Informed About Dementia Level 1 (certificate given at the end of training)
The ‘Dementia Informed Practice Level’ provides the baseline knowledge and skills required by all staff working in health and social care settings including a person’s own home. The training can be done online or in a facilitated group setting.

The IQL Level 3 First Aid at Work Qualification is a three-day which course covers a wide range of CPR and First Aid skills and includes the Emergency First Aid at Work syllabus and also equips the first-aider to apply first aid to a range of specific injuries and illness.
