Remember the Presentation Essentials Presentation Purpose: What is the purpose of the

presentation?

Audience: Who are the people who will be listening to your presentation?

Presentation Message: What is the one key message that you would like to convey to your audience?

Use your Community Needs Essentials as your outline

Gather your information for the presentation from your notebook

Sketch out your slides using your student sheet Team members- Decide who is to be responsible

for what parts of the presentation.

Remember Multimedia Presentation Tips• Answer all questions in detail. (not on your slides but in the presentation)• Explain the profile of your community. • Give details about your community and underrepresented

citizens.• Explain essential engineering and what you have seen

within your community and gaps in accessibility that mightbe addressed through a project.

• Use graphics whenever possible which can includepictures of your prototype development and testing.

• Font size of 28-34 is recommended.• Background should never distract from the

throughout the presentation except for extreme effects.
