2015 Spring Rotation is an initiative by Elective Board ofAIESEC in Phnom Penh. It aims to provide opportunities forevery members to assess and rediscover themselves to getready for generation 2015 (term starting April).With exception of recently elected LCEB and TL, everysingle members are free agents now, they have freedom toapply for any available roles in any functions (incl. currentfunctions).Being part of these huge fundamental changes is bydefinition going one step closer in unleash their leadershippotential to the fullness.NOTE: Every members has to apply for at least two roles.

What is Rotation?
