When you walk through this gorgeous, 7,000 square-foot, custom-designed home built by Stoneledge Properties in the Five Forks area estate community of Southampton, you're not just seeing creativity at work; you're building the very future of cancer care right here in the Upstate through ITOR and the GHS Cancer Center. Take your tour 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays or 1-4 p.m. Sundays March 4-20, or glimpse an exclusive sneak peek at the preview party March 3. The grand estate home is located within the gates
of the prestigious Southampton community in the
Five Forks area. It’s the culmination of cutting edge
design, quality construction, cutting edge audio/video,
perimeter security and a multitude of unique features
and products to simplify the daily routine.
From initial concept, this home was intended to be

This project benef its the Institute for Tra nslationa l Oncolog y Resea rch (ITOR), a pa rt of the Cancer Center at Greenville Hospita l System University Medica l Center. What a u niqu e opportu nity to ra ise much-needed fu nds for patients with ca ncer right here in ou r community.
We invite you to experience room upon room, designer after designer; we promise you will enjoy every moment!
It is remarkable a nd humbling to us how the community has pu lled together for this project. One third of men a nd one qua rter of women in the U.S. have had cancer, meaning that nea rly every family in the nation has been affected by it. ITOR represents a new model in the war aga inst this disease. With a vision to create a n internationa l destination center that develops a nd delivers
innovative, persona lized ca ncer therapies for ou r neighbors a nd family, ITOR is tra nsforming ca ncer ca re on many levels. Here, patients receive some of the most advanced treatments ava ila ble a nywhere, while doctors conduct pioneering resea rch on life-saving ca ncer drugs.
The efforts of ITOR include a phase 1 Clinica l Resea rch Unit, biorepository services, a nd proteomics
a nd genomics capabilities in one location. Ou r goa l is to expedite path-breaking resea rch so that it ca n be applied more rapidly in clinica l settings. We believe we a re u niqu ely positioned to develop a cooperative model in the evolving f ie ld of oncolog y drug development. ITOR partners include leading pha rmaceutica l companies, resea rch u niversities, private industry a nd the government.At present, we have more tha n 30 pa rtners a nd colla borators working every day for familieshere in the Upstate.

You’ve never seen comfort look so luxurious until you step into this great room. The Stoneledge Properties signature Ceilings With Style® sets the tone for the rest of the home’s breathtaking design, while the circle sawn rustic wide-plank floors invite you to slip off your shoes and stay awhile. The espresso built-in bookshelves flank the custom-designed fireplace, which boasts regionally harvested stone hand-chiseled on-site. Gothic arches grace the walls and frame the soft custom-designed lighting, while the snack bar doubles as a technology center when you need to mix work and play.

When you see the Stoneledge Properties signature convenience features included in this area designed by Suzi Smith of Design Partners Incorporated, you won’t want to leave. Purse management and storage system means an easy, consistent place to stash a handbag. A junk mail sorting area ensures that
unwanted mail never makes its way into the home. The wall charging station offers a one stop shop for keeping all electronic devices ready to go. A full-service laundry room includes a laundry chute, 3-basket sorting station, high counter tops for folding, and a basket deployment area that ensures everything returns to its proper place.

Designers Sarah Lynch (Jeff Lynch Design services), Rosanne Hamilton and Lauren Middlekauff (both of Carolina Furniture & Interiors) infused each suite with its own unique identity, while still maintaining a stylish cohesion.

Upstairs, you’ll find old Hollywood glamour mixing with the millennial generation in the spacious teen media loft. The Jeff Lynch design team had an urban chic oasis in mind when they laid out this fun competition space in greens and grays under portraits of movie stars. There’s plenty of room for playing video games on the 50-inch television, challenging a friend to a game of ping pong or entertaining friends.

Get ready to rumble! This Jeff Lynch-designed home gym has everything you need to stay fit and motivated, including plenty of privacy and space. Whether you’re perfecting your tae kwon do skills on the mat or pumping some iron on the equipment provided by Pro Fitness of Greenville, you can keep an eye on your workout with the wall-to-wall mirrors.
Get inspired in the home’s art studio,
affectionately dubbed The
Diva Depot (Jeff Lynch). A hand-
painted mural lends the space a creative vibe,
while the Gladiator GarageWorks®
system provides practical project
storage. Clean up after an
artistic session at the wall-length
washing station, which features a
dramatic cracked mirror accent.

and bartending tricks. Landscape
designer Joel Kirby took
inspiration from South Carolina’s own mountains and streams to
give the house a sense of place
while creating the ultimate resort for the homeowners.
