LABELING & PRODUCT INFORMATION

Labels and what they mean to you. FLAMMABLE - Any material whether solid, liquid, vapor, or gas which ignites easily and burns quickly. A flammable liquid will have a flash point below 100F (38C). All Flammables are combustible but not all combustibles are flammable. CORROSIVE: A chemical that aggressively attacks metal or that burns and destroys living tissue like skin, lungs or the stomach when it touches it. Examples are nitric acid, sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide, chlorine and hydrochloric acid. OXIDIZER: The DOT defines an oxidizer as a substance that yields oxygen readily to stimulate the combustion of organic matter. Oxidizers are significant hazards in a fire situation. Unprotected contact with oxidizers causes chemical burns.

At C K Enterprises, we manage our own fleet of trucks to ensure your order is shipped and delivered when you need it. Drum Delivery and Disposal Drum delivery offers flexibility in low-usage facilities and areas. Delivered via our own fleet to local clients, drums are especially convenient. And because our drivers deliv-er directly to your storage site, we can also ensure the quality of our products. In addition, if you are using chemicals packaged in drums, C K Enterprises drivers will pick up and remove any empty drums at the same time for recycling at our plant. This means you don’t have to worry about transfer-ring empty containers or spend time triple-washing and cleaning them prior to disposal. Bulk Delivery For greater economy, C K Enterprises also offers bulk delivery, which eliminates drum shipping, handling and disposal costs, which are shipped via our own fleet.

ALKALINE PRODUCTS CLEANER CHLOR SF PLUS is an alkaline, chlorinated, self-foaming cleaner for use in meat packing plants, bakeries and other food plants. These characteristics combined in a single package offer economy and convenience advantages. CLEANER CHLOR SF PLUS can be applied mechanically or manually.

HY-ALK is a very high alkaline type cleaner, especially formulated to clean frying and cooking equipment. K-FOAM 121 is a unique, biodegradable foam-cleaning additive designed for use with alkaline foam generating equipment as well as acidic cleaners. When applied with K-FOAM 121 it provides a light fluffy controlled type foam, which adheres well to vertical surfaces resulting in increased contact time between cleaners and soil as compared to spray cleaning.

K-HYDROXY K-HYDROXY heavy-duty alkaline cleaner is designed to remove burned-on carbon and other baked-on food soils. It is effective in removing oils, grease, and proteinaceous deposits commonly found throughout the food industry. It can be used in central cleaning systems, soaking operations, and immersion tanks. It can be used for boilout with foam and gel, and in recirculating systems of breweries, dairies, bakeries, meat, poultry, canning, and other food plants.

K-HI-FOAM is a concentrated self-foaming alkaline cleaner. It is generally used at a dilution of two to six ounces per gallon of water. After use, all surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water.

CLEANER 416-C is a liquid alkaline cleaning compound. It has a wide variety of uses ranging from the cleaning of food and animal soils in food plants to the cleaning of greases and oils in transportation areas.

K-KLEEN 1000 K-KLEEN 1000 is a liquid, heavy duty, highly alkaline smokehouse cleaner designed to clean grease and carbon buildup from floors and walls of smokehouses as well as provide excellent cleaning of fans and duct work. K-KLEEN 1000 contains inorganic builders and sequestrants to furnish alkalinity, deflocculation, soil suspension, emulsification and chelation. The surfactant system was designed to achieve wetting, emulsification and detergency. Emphasis has been placed on rapid emulsification, a desirable property when cleaning smokehouses. K-KLEEN 1000 is completely biodegradable and poses no pollution problems.

K-FOAM 43 is a liquid general cleaner, high foaming, moderately alkaline, blue in color. K-FOAM 43 contains water-soluble solvents to assist in fat and soil removal. At use concentrations K-FOAM 43 can be used safely without corroding on all types of metal surfaces including iron, aluminum, galvanized and stainless steel.

CLEANER 304-C is a heavy duty cleaner for steam cleaning and immersion tank operations. It incorporates a superior blend of biodegradable surfactants and penetration additives that quickly and effectively remove grease and carbonized soil from heavy equipment and machinery. It is this unique blend and not a high caustic percentage as with other steam cleaners, which provides the cleaning effectiveness. It is also excellent for removal of soils and tars from smokehouses.

LIFT-OFF LF is a low foaming floor cleaner designed for use with manual or automatic floor scrubbing machines. It is capable of handling the heavy encrusted soils found on many concrete floors.

AUTOMOTIVE PRODUCTS AT-110 is a concentrated neutral emulsion cleaner for removal of grease and oils. It can be used on all metals safely because it is formulated to contain no free alkali, acid or abrasives. It can be used straight or diluted with kerosene or safety solvent to penetrate and dissolve heavy encrusted grease quickly and thoroughly. Also used with water for lighter soil loads. Can be used by applying for spraying, mopping, brushing, and wiping on or as a pre-soak to subsequent metal prep operations.

BAC-OFF is amber colored germicidal hand soap, authorized by USDA for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants. This product is iodine type germicidal hand soap, without the dark staining properties of the usual iodine product. A small amount of this hand soap still produce sanitizing properties and leaves emollients feel to the hands. A truly unique new germicidal hand soap.

HAND-SAN hand soap is an effective sanitizing hand soap, which has been authorized by USDA for use in federally, inspected meat and poultry processing plants. It is also recommended for use in food processing plants and restaurants by personnel prior to handling food and/or food processing equipment.

SMOKEHOUSE CLEANERS CLEANER 425-C is a heavy duty cleaner with built-in foam additive for use in the food and beverage industries. It is ideal for use on heavy encrusted soils and rinses off readily. Extra thick foam is obtained when used with any suitable foaming device. This provides maximum dwell time of the cleaner to penetrate the soil and effect removal.

HY-ALK D is a very high alkaline type cleaner, especially formulated to clean frying and cooking equipment. It has a very high level of cleaning ability and gives excellent results in cleaning heavily cooked-on soils. HY-ALK D is especially effective for CIP cleaning of high temperature air, impingement ovens. HY-ALK D contains a green dye for easy color identification in tank and other cleaning solutions.

RAPID FOAM II is a dark brown, thick heavily alkaline foaming cleaner for removing heavy cooked-on soil and build-up from food processing machinery and ovens. Foams well with thick stable foam at solutions of 4 ounces per gallon. Excellent cleaner for ovens, cookers, and smokehouses, when used at above concentrations.

SMOKEHOUSE CLEANER LIQUID is a concentrated, light brown,heavy-duty alkaline cleaning compound designed to remove burned-on carbons and other baked-on food soils. It is effective in removing oils, greases, and proteinaceous deposits commonly found throughout the food industry. It can be used in central cleaning systems, soaking operations, immersion tanks; it can be used for boiling out with foam and jell, and in re-circulating systems of breweries; dairies; meat, poultry, canning and other food plants.

K-KLEEN 1000 is a liquid, heavy-duty, highly alkaline smokehouse cleaner designed to clean grease and carbon buildup from floors and walls of smokehouses as well as provide excellent cleaning of fans and duct work. K-KLEEN 1000 contains inorganic builders and sequestrants to furnish alkalinity, deflocculation, soil suspension, emulsification and chelation. The surfactant system was designed to achieve wetting, emulsification and detergency. Emphasis has been placed on rapid emulsification, a desirable property when cleaning smokehouses. K-KLEEN 1000 is completely biodegradable and poses no pollution problems.

SPECIALTY PRODUCTS ARCTIC KLEEN is a multiple use liquid cleaner for cleaning anywhere in below freezing conditions. It is specifically designed to pro- vide fast, efficient and practical means for cleaning frozen food lockers, equipment, docks and any other cold temperature cleaning of dirt, grime, fats, grease and similar deposits from metal, quarry tile, concrete and other hard surfaces. ARCTIC KLEEN resists freezing to -44° F.

DESECTOR is specially formulated for fast knock down and kill of flies, roaches, mosquitoes, silverfish and other flying and crawling insects. DESECTOR is formulated with pyrethins and two synergists. N-Ocytlbicycloheptene dicarbosimide and technical piperonyl butoxide, which tremendously boost knock down and kill. DESECTOR, formulated with an odorless base, is particularly applicable in areas where low-keyed aromas are allowable. It is excellent for use in areas where food is handled.

K-GLOW K-GLOW is a muratic acid based sanitizer and descaler. K-GLOW is a non-fuming, mildly acidic, thick cleaner that performs with gentle effectiveness. K-GLOW will cling, even to vertical surfaces, which allows the user ample time to mop or swab around the surfaces before rinsing away.

K-TAG GREEN K-TAG GREEN is a concentrated, liquid denaturing agent for use on condemned carcasses in meat, poultry and rabbit processing plants. Spraying of the condemned carcasses with a solution of K-TAG GREEN imparts to the carcasses a green color.

K-TAG BLUE is a concentrated, liquid denaturing agent for use on condemned carcasses in meat, poultry and rabbit processing plants. Spraying of the condemned carcasses with a solution of K-TAG BLUE imparts to the carcasses a blue color.

JELLING AGENT is a concentrated powder that is used to product thickened alkaline and acid cleaning solution. This resultant thickened cleaner can be sprayed on vertical surfaces and provide a prolonged contact time to effect soil removal. It can be applied hot. After the soil has been loosened, a pressure rinse completely removes the soil and thickened cleaner film to expose a cleaner surface.
