2020 STATE BAR OF ARIZONA AWARDS NOMINATION FORM

To nominate an individual for a State Bar of Arizona award, please submit this form and any additional materials as described below. All materials must be emailed to carrie.sherman@staff.azbar.org by March 31, 2020.

Nominations will be reviewed by the SBA Awards Working Group, which will make recommendations to the Board of Governors. The award winners will be selected at the Board of Governors meeting on April 17, 2020. Winners will be notified in late April.
