Location

• Rwanda is located in East Africa bordering with Uganda in the north, west with Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) , south west with Burundi and Tanzania in East respectively. Therefore

• Latitude of 01º58 and Longitude of 030 º 08, also with Altitude of 1,490 meters.

Human Resources The personnel in this Subsector are composed of 47 professionals3 Class I (have degrees)16 Class II ( 7 are at airports)2 Class III26 Class IV (4 at airports)This level of professional staff is inadequate for effectively fulfilling the present Mission and functions of RMS at all levels. There is also lack of personnel for customer relations (awareness, identification of their needs) and marketing. However, while we stress the great need for more staff and training, the great contribution being made by the present staff under these conditions is highly commendable
