Safety Shower and Eye Wash Station

2

Safety showers and eye wash stations are located within the facility near areas where there is potential for exposure to hazardous chemicals.

The CSP stations are directly connected to the city-potable water system, and water is allowed to flow through an instant water heater.

Location

3

The heater is intended to provide tempered water to the station once it is actuated.

Two eye-shower stations are located in the maintenance area and one in the lab.

The locations are listed in the weekly inspection routine.
