• The Centre is Conducting Computer Practical classes for various PG departments in the University (around 850 students every year).

Bio-park and NSS Activities• NSS Bhavan
• Maintenance and up keep of bio-park with 5.00 lakhs plant sapplings from the Western ghats, spread-over 500 acres Bio-park on the campus.
• Construction of Check-dams, to conserve rain water which in turn recharge ground water and help maintenance of bio-park and attract several endangered birds.
• Seven vanas and parks – Bonsai (Nurseries and mini forests) where the medicinal plants are grown have been laid out.
• Organizations such as Rotary, Inner wheel clubs, NGO’s, the State are collaborators in community oriented programmes.
• The University also has a tie-up with VANASAMVARDHANA programmes and JALASAMVARDHANA organizations for aforestation and for Ground water re-charging respectively on the Jnana Bharathi Campus.
