Margin Pledge Process

• Client will login Acumen BackOffice and initiate the

margin pledge request. This process is from Client side.

Link is given below.

https://mybackoffice.acumengroup.in/WebClient/

• Acumen will upload above submitted instructions every

one hour to NSDL/CDSL.

Margin Pledge Process

• Client will receive margin pledge link on his registered

mobile number & email id. This link will take client to

NSDL / CDSL site. This process is from NSDL/CDSL

side.

• Authenticate the link by entering your PAN or Demat

Account. This process has to be completed from client

side.

Margin Pledge Detail Process

Login Acumen BackOffice with Client Code. Google Chrome

preferred

Click Forgot Password if you do not know password

Login TechExcel BackOffice. Google Chrome preferred

Go to Request menu

Select Margin Pledge

Select Margin Pledge Request

Select Scrips to Pledge

Mention Quantity to Pledge

Click Request

Margin Pledge Authentication

• Client will receive margin pledge link on his registered

mobile number & email id available in demat account

within one hour. This link will take client to NSDL /

CDSL site. This process is from NSDL/CDSL side.

• Authenticate the link by entering your PAN or Demat

Account. This process has to be completed from client

side.

Confirm

Select Transactions

Select All Segments

Enter OTP & Submit

Margin Pledge Authentication

Process - CDSL

Type your PAN or Demat Account for validation

Select Transactions

Generate OTP

Enter OTP & Submit

Margin Pledge Process

• Post OTP authentication, it will take about 2

hour for the margin benefit to reflect in your

trading account.

• Unpledge will happen automatically when you

sell the pledged securities.
