Town of Rotterdam Comprehensive Plan Update
& VISIONING WORKSHOP
PROJECT OVERVIEW
A Comprehensive Plan is both a vision for the future and a blueprint‐for‐change, especially as it relates to the physical growth of thecommunity’s buildings, streets, and infrastructure. The Plan will create a framework for the future, particularly in the areas of land use, planning and economic development. The Comprehensive Plan will allow for project coordination and the potential for sharing resourcesamong several organizations throughout the community.
Who is facilitating the development of the plan?
The planning process is being guided by a ComprehensivePlan Advisory Committee (CPAC) which includes a broadrange of community representatives. A Consultant Team, lead by by M.J. Engineering and Land Surveying, P.C. (MJ) isfacilitating the process.
