Communicates the promise of value to be delivered to the customer.

Example: fast, reliable, accurate, safe etc.

Communicates the product or service delivered and is tightly coupled with the domain and operations. Example: tracking, shipping, analytics etc.

Value Proposition

Operational Proposition

Metaphorical: Names suggest a symbolic association with a valuee.g. Cheetah for Speed

Colloquial: regional words that offer good brand recall.

Phonetic: Sounds that offer symbolic association with value.

Proposition: names stating the operational activity done by the company. Does not scale well when other lines of business are added.

Acceptance Criteria

App is expected to perform the following functions (?) :

* Tracking* Shipping (e.g. C2C?)* Analytics (e.g. spend)* Assistance (e.g. returns)

Possible marginal use cases (at least at the start) :

* Discovery (e.g. deals, samples?)* Payment (?)
