Any person having a need of some employee can instantly access and search for a suitable person and can directly communicate to the sorted people. This will enable job provider to make a quick employment decision. Thereby job seeker is also employed.

Similarly any employer can post a job requirement at the display board for his organization or personal employment opportunities.
