Top five Tips to avoid Monday Morning Blues

In my previous company I always had Monday morning blues, reasons were

- Work was different than my expectation- Money was way to less- Work culture was bad

So first thing is find the reason. After finding reasons, work to solve the problem with your

work.

Do what you like to do. If you like what you do, you will never have problem with Mondays. In

fact you will like Mondays

 Before leaving for work, bring a smile on someone’s face, you will feel better.

Sleep a little early on Sunday and wake a little early up on Monday. Usually we get up little late on Mondays so that also boils down to stress.

 Prepare yourself for Monday morning just five minutes before going to bed. It will help you

having a better start of day.

Finally, you must be wondering what I did with my previous company Simple. I left

the work and I became an entrepreneur. I know I have taken a bold step and I am not earning that well. But I feel happy

that I am doing what I want to do. Success will definitely come sooner or later.
