Through creating & managing social media channelsI reinvented myself

I manage six facebook pages targeting the Arab region. The most successful one is called “Feirouz in the morning”

Created in April 2010

Target Audience: Lebanese Females and Males

Oblective: Reviving Classical Lebanese Music through music posts every morning

This is how my post would appear,with a consistent “Saba7o” greeting which became a signature

With more than 1,136 fans, this page grows daily,and without advertising.

The page grows through word of mouth generated by “likes”

Simply because the name is based on local insight, which isthat almost every Arab listens to Feirouz in the morning.

The page’s growth is also a result of collaborativework, where some fans became administrators, just becausethey like the artist and the page.

This page became a community, where people share songs …

Ad.vil is a new group on linked inWhich posts anything that might inspire advertising professionals.

I have recently created a blog with the same name to add original content to the group, and so I can move to other social media sites on a later stage.

With both creatives and managers on the list, this group aims to bring back the golden age of advertising, which is slowly becoming a boring, and uninspiring industry in the middle east
