When the Arizona Cardinals won the NFC and went on to Super Bowl XLIII,

it was something that many of us who spent year after year rooting for them at Sun Devil Stadium never thought we would see.

What does this have to do with the Marketing Coordinator position you ask; a lot. A successful team requires leaders who can see the complete picture and have a thorough understanding of what it will take to get from here… to there. And much like putting together a championship team in sports, a successful project team requires individuals with the skills, knowledge, discipline and effort to succeed.

Similar to a good coach, a Marketing Coordinator must possess the ability to communicate with everyone, understand the game plan and how to showcase the best in each team member. We must know the strengths and weaknesses of our team and our competitors. Understand the client’s needs and how to match them with the services the firm offers. Always keeping in mind the long-term goals of the firm.
