Create territori per i vostri clienti
Il web 2.0 è un nuovo modo di pensare, che trasforma le applicazioni in luoghi per l’interazione. Habitat che l’azienda costruisce per i clienti e nel quale si sviluppa collaborando con essi.
In questi Habitat il cliente accede 24/7 ai servizi e prodotti che desidera, nonché arricchisce l’ambiente stesso con propri contenuti e con le strutture sociali che genera al suo interno.
Clienti/partner che saranno tanto più attivi, quanto priva di attrito cognitivo è la cornice (i mondi 3D sono un esempio).
I “luoghi” spostano l’attività dello user da passiva sequenziale a libera ed attiva, trasformandolo in un fruitore autonomo e co-autore del servizio stesso.

Real Time Customers in Self Service Economy
La distanza tra un produttore ed il proprio cliente è continuamente variabile e non dipende soltanto dalla disponibilità teorica del servizio o dalla conoscenza delle necessità (profilazione), bensì anche dalla MODALITA’ con cui questo servizio è effettivamente disponibile.
Il continuo trading della “fiducia” come elemento portante nell’uso -ad esempio- di servizi finanziari, rende complesse alcune fasi dell’acquisto. Ad esempio, la fase di prima informazione/browsing dei prodotti (fase in cui il cliente pensa di poter essere fuorviato, mentre il venditore consuma molti soldi senza sapere se avrà Roi).
Allo stesso modo, nelle modalità non self service, il cross-selling ed up-selling viene totalmente basato sulla fiducia verso il venditore, mentre esistono poche reali opportunità di auto-informazione e auto-formazione dell’idea d’acquisto.

Dagli ATM ai siti per l’home banking, le Istituzioni finanziarie sono state tra le più ricettive rispetto alle tecnologie che consentono al cliente di accedere in modalità Self Service.
Nell’era dell’Accesso Totale, moltissimi clienti possono essere Re, ma i più lo saranno in modalità self-service, ovvero: a patto che “contribuiscano” e/o facciano loro una parte del lavoro.
