Collects himself while listening to music; strategizes and categorizes his objectives for the day
Shower
Gets dressed and prepares to leave the house
Catches the Bus to work
Arrives at his building
Takes the Elevator to the 34th floor
Pops into his office to look at trouble tickets, emails, and appointments/meetings
Puts in some face time with colleagues and gets up to date on happenings
Takes care of service calls
This process loops and repeats until lunch time
Goes out and gets lunch (sometime)
Attends meetings
Back to the service loop
Until he’s had enough and has to go home
