1 – History
CPIPE, Provincial Centre of Vocational Education Building is the joint organization -
school building - for the province of Padua and belongs to the national grid FORMEDIL of
building schools, has headquarters and administrative Camin (Padova)
Born in 1947

Was established for the province of Padua, by the social partners (Construction Industry
Association of the province of Padua and trade unions FENEAL - UIL FILCA - CISL FILLEA - CGIL) under Article. 92 of the current national
labor contract industry and operates exclusively in vocational training in the
construction industry.

2 – Description of activitiesCPIPE developed the following initiatives:
• Professional training in completion of compulsory education for young people to be included in construction companies as apprentices or journeymen;
• Training for apprentices in the age of non-compulsory education through networking projects with all building schools in Veneto, training institutions craftsmen and trade unions; …….

2 – Description of activities• Continuing education, skills upgrading, specialization and
refresher courses for workers, technicians, managers and entrepreneurs according to the needs of the labor market, with particular emphasis on aspects related to safety at work, training for unemployed graduates to be included in organic builders as technical management of the site and the job or in technical studies as involved in the building design for the architectural, structural, safety, quality, and environmental restoration, training in networking with European partners to building techniques base for new construction, maintenance and restoration of the structure, finishes and materials for technical maintenance of green areas and urban;………

2 – Description of activities• Activities of higher education funded by the
EU related to advanced techniques of intervention for the restoration of buildings and restricted areas in historical, artistic, monumental, environmental, and energy management systems, in collaboration with public property owners and control as well as in partnership with training institutions in Europe.

3 – CertificationsThe CPIPE has been accredited since 2003 by
the Veneto Region for the areas:
• Training obligation,
• Continuous Training
• Higher Education.

3 – CertificationsArticle. 1 of the Decree of the Ministry of
Labour and Social Security no. 166 of 25 May 2001 defines accreditation as an act by which the competent Public Administration (in this
case the Veneto Region) recognizes the ability of a Training Organization to propose and
implement training programs and orientation financed with public resources. The D.M.
adopted the model that forms the basis for all regional systems of accreditation.

3 – CertificationsThe Training Organisations seeking accreditation must comply with the minimum standards of quantity and quality through the following requirements:
•Structural
•economic and financial;
•organization and management;
•endowment of human resources;
•efficacy and efficiency in previous activities and relationships with the territory.

4 – Quality System according to ISO 9001
In 2009 an analysis CPIPE begins to implement quality system 'in accordance
with ISO 9001.The project has been designed by Arcadia Consulting with Management to CPIPE to connect the accreditation system of the Veneto Region with a complete quality
system.

The approach is from the bottom through interviews with personnel interested in the processes that make the quality of service
CPIPE.The second step was to redefine the
organizational and managerial functions according to the findings of the first analysis.

the system in its entirety and keep the system from the point of view of documents.

4 – Quality System according to ISO 9001
The project was completed in 2010 but was not required to be certified as in the same period
there have been changes to programmatically Regional funding and
internal programming.
