Neil Young but if you’re planning on having an adventure and attending and, be quick as tickets are selling out fast!

The Burning Man (USA)26th August- September 2nd 2013

The website states: “Trying to explain what Burning Man is to someone who has never been to the event is a bit like trying to explain what a particular colour looks like to someone who is blind.” In a nutshell, Burning Man seems like a hedonistic heaven, where nudity and garish outfits are encouraged and friendship is celebrated. Described as an “annual experiment”, Burning Man acts as an art gallery that occupies the expanse of the Black Rock desert; only coffee and ice are sold on site so make sure you bring plenty of supplies to ensure your survival.

Coachella (USA)12th-24th April 2013

A poser’s paradise, Coachella is synonymous with great fashion, celebrities and awesome bands. The festival has become so popular that it’s now split across two weekends, and with acts such as The Stone Roses, Blur and Red Hot Chili Peppers playing, we aren’t surpirised.

Reading and Leeds (UK)23rd-25th August 2013

The Reading and Leeds festivals takes place simultaneously across a weekend in August each year and is deemed to be the oldest pop festival still running. The 1992 festival acted as Nirvana’s last performance before Kurt Cobain’s suicide. There is also an unfortunate tradition of bottling acts off stage, past victims have included 50 Cent, Bonnie Tyler and Panic! at the Disco.
