    The incredible route in mountainous area takes you through verdant vistas and mountain ranges, along lakes and rivers, and through jungle and tiered paddy fields rising and falling as far as the eye can see. Along the way, youll be hosted by different hill tribes wearing amazingly elaborate and colorful costumes. These are people who have been living in the hills for centuries, and their ways of life have little changed from generation to generation.

    Tour Outline: Day 1: Hanoi Nghia Lo with photo shooting and fresh air in mountain

    Day 2: Nghia Lo Mu Cang Chai Than Uyen (the remote area to border to China)

    Day 3: Than Uyen Sapa with terrace fields and HMong, Dzao and Tay ethnic groups

    Day 4: Sapa Trekking to the mountain

    Day 5: Sapa Can Cau local market Bac Ha (great colors of local costumes)

    Tour Itinerary: Day 1: Hanoi Nghia Lo (B,L,D)

    Pick you up at your hotel, leaving the bustling streets on way to verdant rice paddies and farmland along Hwy 32. By early afternoon you'll be moving away from the Red River Delta to Nghia Lo. Nghia Lo is situated along a beautiful mountain ridge with lush forests, tea plantations, rice terraces and gum trees, the picturesque valleys are stunning. The area is home to Thai, Nung, H'mong, La Ha and Ma ethnic minority peoples. Overnight in hotel in Nghia Lo.

    Day 2: Nghia Lo Mu Cang Chai Than Uyen (B,L,D): In early morning, visit local market in Nghia Lo Town, a chance to explore and shop for local handicrafts. As you climb over the mountain pass to Mu Cang Chai you'll meet H'mong, La Ha and Dzao along the way. Down to the valley, you'll arrive in the town of Than Uyen where you'll spend the night in hotel.

    Day 3: Than Uyen - Sapa Ta Van (B,L,D) After breakfast, head to Sapa. along the base of the Hoang Lien Son Mountain Range, home to Mt. Fansipan, Vietnams highest peak. At Binh Lu junction you'll pick up the main road and start your climb up the highest mountain pass in Vietnam at 1900 Meters, then glide down into the town of Sapa. Enjoy lunch and relax before a quite hard 3 hr short trek down to Ta Van village. Overnight with homestay. Our guide will cook a savory dinner of traditional Vietnamese food. You surely like the hospitality of your Dzay hosts.

    Day 4: Ta Van Sapa Cat Cat Sin Chai (B,L,D)

    Prepare carefully before the last trek. Take a rest at Cat Cat village before you trek downhill to get Sin Chai village. You will have free time to discover by yourself in the afternoon. Overnight in Sapa.

    Day 5 : Saturday Sapa Can Cau Bac Ha (B,L,D)

    Depart for Can Cau early in the morning. Opening only on Saturdays, it always delivers a very photogenic display of Flower Hmong, Black Zao, Phu La ethnic costumes. After spending the whole morning exploring the market, you will leave the market for Bac Ha town for lunch.

    In the afternoon, you will take a walk to Ban Pho village of Nung and Flower Hmong, which is located in a small valley. You will go back to the hotel late in the afternoon and then have dinner in a local restaurant.

    Day 6: Sunday Bac Ha Xin Man Ha Giang (B,L,D)

    Be at Bac Ha market in the early morning, you will see a huge market populated by the Flower Hmong in their colourful outfits and a range of basic goods and items for visitors. We then drive to Ha Giang along switchback roads though the mountains of follow river valleys. Overnight in Ha Giang.

    Day 7: Ha Giang Quan Ba Yen Minh Meo Vac Dong Van (B,L,D)

    Breakfast outside the hotel. The adventure begins as soon as we leave town and enter a land of colorful mountain hilltribes and seemingly impossible landscapes. You will stop in Quan Ba District. Then process passing Sky gate where you can visit sky, Fairy high mountain, hand weaving village. Break in Yen Minh town. Continues to Meo Vac town, visit Nho Que River with Ma Pileng point. Arrive in Dong Van District. Overnight in hotel.

    Day 8: Dong Van - Lung Cu - Sa Phin - Ha Giang (B,L,D)

    Breakfast outside of hotel. Departure for Lo Lo minority village, trekking to Flag tower on the top of Lung Cu mountain about 1km, view ancient valley from the top. After that we go to Sa Phin village to visit former Meo King palace. If we come here on Sunday, we have chance to visit local market, it is still remain traditional life of high minority in Ha Giang. Overnight in hotel in Ha Giang.

    Day 9: Ha Giang Hanoi (B,L)

    Have breakfast in the hotel and get ready for our coming back. We will have lunch at Tuyen Quang and then back to Hanoi. You finish the tour in late afternoon.

    Trip Notes: Transport: You spend 50% the time on car in this trip, so make sure that you get used to sitting long on car and attitude changing very often. We guarantee you the best car with the careful and experienced driver.

    Things to bring: You are in mountainous area, so passports and valid visa are all necessary cause we need to show them in the borderline to China. Hat, umbrealla, insect repellent and trekking boots as well. Binoculars are advisable to have a full view of spectacular mountain view.
