The beginning…The history of DOUCAS AGENCY began in 1885, as a small maritime agency, located near the busy and stirring port of Thessaloniki, that was serving Europe and the Orient. The founder, George Dimitrios Doucas - a man with a thorough knowledge of his profession, laid the foundations for future success, and became the symbol of the agency and a landmark for the future of the family business.

The succession…In 1920, Konstantinos G Doucas, the founder's son takes over the company.During the inter-war period, his innovations in trade navigation, laid the foundations for the rapid development of the agency, which participated in private merchant ships and continued its works successfully till W.W.II.

The establishment…

In 1969, the sons of Konstantinos, George and Argyrios took over the company and their harmonious co-operation and modern spirit, grew the agency's prosperity and established a successful group of companies under the brand name 'DOUCAS TOURS', until the year 2002.
