Mini-UHF Walky Talkies use an ‘open band’ of spot frequencies & you could experience annoying interference from your neighbours if they also use a Mini- UHF Walky Talky.

In mini uhf band (350 Mhz band) base radios or signal amplification equipment / repeaters/ amplifiers are not permitted.
