This is a free version which tok box provides, which can generate a video chat on a web page

You need to pick the chat window size and than click on your info

Privacy and security Feature

They give this feature only on server side API, by giving you unique token when connecting to an OpenTok session. For sessions, TokBox protects privacy by generating a unique session ID —a randomized string of 40 alphanumeric characters—for each video chat session. Also, with OpenTok the developer can build functionality to remove unwanted participants.
