These are the slides of the session about tech tools selected for successful meetings presented the 21st of Novembre 2013 at #EIBTM13 in Barcelona. Web tools & mobile apps for tablets and smartphones can be incredibly valuable for meeting professionals in all the different phases of organising conferences and events. Some tips and tricks on how to use this kind of technology have been addressed during the session together with a selection of the most useful web tools and mobile applications to help you design more effective meetings.

Wifi  connec<vity  in  the  mee<ng  venue.    If   you   use   webtools   connected   with  apps   check   if   the   app   needs   the  devices  to  be  under  the  same  wifi.    Many   a2endees   will   be   connected  using   mobile   devices,   check   if   the  network  has  been  set  up  properly

5  genera4ons  of  iPads  There   are   5   genera<ons   of   iPads,   the   biggest   differences   are   about   the  projec4on  and  the  camera  that  is  not  included  in  the  1  genera<on  and  the  cable  connec<on  in  the  iPad  4  and  Air.
