Optimize the document title and content: The most important factor which contributes to ranking of document is title of the document. The title of the document is represented in the url of the document which is uploaded. Google and other search engine give high weight age to the URL.

Getting ideas of keywords to be used in the document: You can use Google keywords planner (http://www.google.com/sktool ) to find out the relevant keywords which can used in the title of the document

For example: I recently presented at change management conference at Orlando and thought of uploading the same deck for the people who could not attend my session. I looked for relevant keywords and found out that “Cloud Change Management” as long tail keyword and optimized the document for that
