The aim of creation is to develop technical and innovative activities mainly in the sphere of information & communication and electronics technologies, new materials and nanotechnology, biotechnology and medical technologies, other new products and services, and to develop engineering, innovative, transport, social and other types of infrastructure.

Goals of creation: mastering a brand-new process level of production in top-priority economy sectors, commercialization of the scientific potential of Tomsk Oblast and increase in productivity both in science intensive sectors of the region's economy and in related, or supporting, sectors.

Area: 207 ha, including:

– Southern site – 192.4 ha;

– Northern site – 14.6 ha.
