Step 1: Check Your Email

Before getting started on your set up, it is important to check for an email in your inbox.  This will contain your license key.  This key is good for 45 days after you have downloaded or 45 days from when you install.

When you downloaded this file you will receive a zip file.  Copy these files into a location that is convenient for you.  These files contain your KBOX as well as your Quick Start Guide.

Mapping The KBOX

On the next step you will need to map the network.  It is important to map the KBOX to the network that has access to the internet.  If you don't do this it won't be able to validate the licensing. KBOX will not work unless the license key has been validated.
