Steps to Recover Deleted Contacts from Outlook

Open Outlook:Click on Mail tabClick on Deleted item folder

Note : You are able to Recover an item if it does not appear in deleted items dialog box i.e. permanently deleted contacts cannot be recovered. If you wish to Recover those Permanently deleted contacts or items then you need to purchase third party tool named “Outlook Recovery Software ’’.

Click on " View " from menu bar

Then Arrange by

Select type of the folder

You Get "Deleted items Details"

Select all contacts which you wish to recover

Now, Right Click >> Click on " Move to Folder" option

Select location where to want to move selected items to the folder

Click on OK button

If you want to create New folder into which you can move the selected items thenClick on New >> Name the Folder >> Select Folder contains >>Click on Ok

Select Folder Click on Ok

•How to Copy the PST from Hard drive!!!!•Step 1 : Start computer that containing old hard disk •Step 2 : Press " Window-E'' to launch window explorer or file explorer•Step 3 : Type and paste the following into address bar (Windows 8, Windows 7 or Windows Vista )

• C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook

Step 4 : For Window xp • C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local

Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\OutlookStep 5 : Replace C with the letter of the drive that

contains your PST file, and replace "username" with your Windows username on the old computer

Step 6 : Press "Enter"Step 7 : Copy PST file to USB drive or storage drive

or network drive where you can access it from NEW computer.
