*Problem statement:

* THE THREE CHOSEN SOLUTIONS:

The most practical one:

Create a school’s account on Facebook

The most influential one:

My favourite one:

Write a song about the school and let it

be performed by John Bon Jovi

*Facebook account:

- Due to the fact that the school has already anown Facebook account, I have been nominatedto an administrator of the side.

- I could observe some practical sollutions and make further suggestions connected to leading a school’s profile on Facebook, as well as proposeand implement my own ideas

- The summary is included in the mindmap, presented to the stakeholder

Feedback by the STAKEHOLDER

What worked:

- exact verbalized ideas

- clearly selected issues

- fancy posters

Questions:

- „How can an abstract idea be illustrated?”

- „What do you exactly mean by internships for the staff and students atGoogle?”

What could be improved:

- the form of posters is not for the commercial usage

- she wouldn’t go for obtaining tools from the company (prototype 1)

- she would use these mind maps as ideas verbalization

New ideas:

- create a detailed plan of the trainings by Google

- think about advertisement that can be made for Google

IMPACT--------improvements made on the mind maps
