What is the product?
• The concept and methodology for complex objects managing. • Automated Message Handling System (AMHS), which is
designed in order to provide informational and analytical support for object state monitoring processes.
• Models description of the types of city’s activities with key performance indicators.
• Environmental solutions (Mobile portal for iPhone, Android )
Problem
• Management of complex organizational structures, such as cities, regions, countries is carried out within the uncertainty of the current
object state evaluation and of its external influence on it. • In decision-making process of handling the situation human factor
plays a big role, which results in increased errors probability and in extended time-period needed to analyze the situation;
• Given the critical situation, a person may not be able to put a set of incidents into one logical chain, predict the situation development, and suggest adequate response measures;
Solution
In addition to the core set of components, COSOC includes such independent modules as: Models, Coloured Component Business Model, Analytic block, Environmental solutions.
COSOC allows to:• collect and represent event messages;• display the status of the object in the colored component business model
(CCBM);• recognize the logical connections between events;• support decision-making;• carry on forecasting developments;• automatically generate reports.

Status
• A laboratory for the system COSOC development "Systems simulation laboratory" has been created.
• The system is being in the process of development, but 60% of functionality has been implemented, and the first version of the system will be ready in few months. A colored component model of the typical city (CCBM) that allows to display the object status has been developed.
• A mobile application for iOS and Android has been created.• The solution IBMIOC has been minutely analyzed and the
experience of the IBM system implementing has been acquired.• The works on the analysis of the "Smarter City" system for
Skolkovo, Krasnodar Region, Pushchino development.
