The Client is a global player in providing social reputation management tool
which helps in bringing all reviews across various social review web sites in
one place which is usable and actionable. Headquartered in California, it
services a host of international clients online.
The Client
Client envisioned a versatile, dynamic and an interactive solution for their
service space. The solution will compute social media standing as an
aggregate score, considering reviews from various sites are based on rating,
age of review and the number of reviews received. The application will help
its users to analyze social media presence. A dashboard which provides an
easy to interpret analysis reviews received are trending positive or negative.
User will have an option to compare present & historical reviews, has an
ability to track the score, and work towards improving the scores by taking
actions on the reviews. The action center allows tracking of 'trouble' issues
and corrective action logging and allows making decisions on this data. Real
time analytics will help the user to rate against the competition and compare
against others in various genres, cities and even against specific competitors
to see where the business rank against them and what do the competitors say.
The word center can identify the keywords users' mention when they are
reviewing the business. With this vision, the client partnered with Sigma
Infosolutions to built the solution from scratch.

Challenges Data concealing: Some sites don't allow the ability to access all the data
via the browser application. For example, Yelp – Allows only 1000 business
listing.
