Online Payment Integration Testing Case Study
The client is based out of the United States and has been ranked amongst the 100 most promising companies in America by Forbes when it comes to online payments. The product to be tested here was an eCommerce product which required extensive online payments integration. Since the company was well known they wanted to launch their product after extensive testing so that there would be no issues during and after the launch of their product.
Software Assurance was given the task of running finance domain testing on the eCommerce product and different payment methods were present in this application while the most preferred or used payment method was online payment via credit cards.

Software Assurance was assigned the task of carrying out finance domain testing for the entire payment processing module. The payments were carried out using the USA e-pay gateway and for testing the application a large number of business scenarios were developed to check if the transactions being carried out were correct and this made the payment processing more efficient. Software Assurance made use of USA e-pay sand box to create real time situations and many enhancements were provided to the client.
The system has been running live since a year with any bugs because of the extensive testing that was carried out before and during the implementation phase.The schedule was adhered to without any delays and regular feedbacks and updates were provided to the client.Solutions provided required innovative and out of the box thinking which addressed all the concerns of the client company and the product was launched in the market with great success.
