Customers
Customer Demand
Maximo customers have requested advanced planning & scheduling tools to eliminate the need for third party product integrations (CIM, Akwire, Click, Servigistics, TOA, etc.)
Where customers have attempted to meet their requirements with a true FSM product (Click, TOA), they have had to invest inreducing it’s functionality to meet their business requirements.
Positioning
Where a customers requirements demand a true FSM product, we will defer to Click Software.
We do not ever intend to include the FSM specific elements into our solution, or compete in true FSM opportunities. We have onlytaken the steps to expand the footprint of our existing product in ways demanded by our customers.
