Institutional and Divisional Planning

• Adopt a set of a few pan-university goals that will enable fulfilling the vision and accomplishing the mission

• Establish a common understanding of the adopted goals throughout the University.

• Establish a template for the setting up of goals, objectives …etc to be used throughout the university.

• Allow the few adopted goals of the university to cascade down through the sectors, colleges, centers, Dept. …etc. Where each Dept/Div./Cntr can formulate -based on its own vision and mission- the appropriate branching goals and objectives.
