What aspects characterize Communities�

•  The roles and types of relationships between the members of the community.

•  The rules for membership and collaboration between different subjects.

•  The project management support with which members can co-work.

•  Content and services that the community can offer inside and outside itself.

People and behaviours in GRN Community�

Observer: is a user who records his data on Users DB. This kind of user had a limited access to the contentents and can use thel network services with ‘pay per use’ rule.

Networker: is a recorded user who pays his membership fee. He has access to reserved area and can use some services ‘for free’. He can create projects (and he becomes Owner) and can collaborate to projects created by other people (and he becomes Stakeholder).

Community manager is the users who realizes design and

management of of the community network and contents.

He administers the communication and collaboration

rules He manages the good functioning of the CMS and the compliance with the regulations

(privacy and copyrighting)

Plef Committee is the scientific committee who provides economic and techncal evluations about the projects. He also promotes the best practices and manages the project lifecycle, from Init-Start to Project Closing.

Owner Is the paying member who

creates projects. He

manages directly the

contents and he is

responsible of data quality and privacy.

Stakeholder is the user who collaborates to develop projects. On the projects’ data he will have the access defined by the Owner.

When you join the Community you becomes an “Observer”: •  You can access to the public contents only (news on on-going projects, alerts about new projects or members) •  You can access to projects briefs •  You can know the companies joined to the Community •  You can explore the services’ catalogue •  You can pay per use the services and contents offered by the Community.

When you pay the fee (annual), you become a Networker. You can access to all the services of Co-Working Area and you can see projects and users data (defined by the Owner).

If you are a Networker you can create a project and you become its Owner. You can manage all the data about. You define the protection of your data and documents.

As Networker you can adhere to a project and you become its Stakeholder. You will have an access to project data and documents according to settings made by the Owner.
