• “forensic” basically answering questions of interest in a legal setting.

• Umbrella term encompassing:• The physiological sciences, anthropology,

entomology, botany, biology.• Criminalistics such as ballistics, accounting and

fingerprints.• And the social sciences including psychology,

and LINGUISTICS.
