The factory covers an areaof 30,000 m2
(of which 9,000 m2 are building).

All forged pieces are madein ASTM A182/F316L modifiedstainless steel and are boughtfrom approved manufacturers.
Valves can also be made in differentVVmaterials, according to customer’srequirements.

All semi-worked pieces are carefullyheat treated, in order do not removemore that five millimeters onthe finished pieces.

Urea Service Valves
Severe tests are made in orderto verify the good corrosionresistance and microstructure typeof the material.
Each sample of material is putin a corrosive bath for five cycles,and each cycle lasts48 hours.
At the end of each cycle,the sample is weighed usinga scale capable to weigh upfour numbers after the zero.
At the end of test, the sampleis micrographic and metallographicexaminated.

A ferrite check testing report
All the finished pieces are tested in order to verifythe ferrite content, using an advanced measuringinstrument Fisher Ferritoscopetype MPE-Fe-GAB1.3.
Certificates of tests are issued, reporting the resultof each verification.
