rules for error specific notifications

Management

Page 18: B2B Framework for IBM Sterling B2B Integrator

Document Management Interface (DMI):Document Search

Page 19: B2B Framework for IBM Sterling B2B Integrator

DMI “Document Search” Features• Document search from B2B Framework table (independent of GIS/SI

archiving cycle)• Wildcards can be used (example on previous slide is all document

reference ending in 408622)• Selection by :-

– Source ID (or Sender ID)– Source Name (or Sender Name)– Destination ID (or Receiver ID)– Destination Name (or Receiver Name)– Document Reference (Order Number, Invoice Number, etc)– Alternate Reference (Application Reference – Idoc Number, for example)– Interchange Control Number– Filename– Status (ERROR, OK, RECEIVED, SENT, etc)– Document Type (850, ORDERS, etc)– Process Period (from date/time to date/time)

Page 20: B2B Framework for IBM Sterling B2B Integrator

Document Management Interface (DMI):Message View

Page 21: B2B Framework for IBM Sterling B2B Integrator

DMI “Message View” Features• Example on previous slide is the document found by the

previous document search (all document reference ending in 408622)

• Data can be viewed at Message In, Document In, Document Out, Message Out stages

• Example here is Message In which was reached by pressing first green icon in View box

• Data can be downloaded directly from this review screen using “Right Click – Save Link As”

Page 22: B2B Framework for IBM Sterling B2B Integrator

Document Management Interface (DMI): Document List

Page 23: B2B Framework for IBM Sterling B2B Integrator

DMI “Document List” Features• Document List shows all documents processed since B2B

Framework was archived, if accessed directly• Document List shows all documents selected by search

criteria, if accessed via Document Search• Document list has BP ID, Source, Destination, Doc Type,

Doc Reference (with Alternate Reference below), Status, Last Updated Time, View Boxes and Select Box

• DMI allows data from all stages of document processing to be viewed (and downloaded) plus all BPs that touched the document

• DMI also allows reprocessing of Messages and Documents directly from the Document List
