Strength or weakness?Sample answers
I am an independent person. I can work well with minimum
supervision. During my studies, I managed to complete all of my individual projects successfully.
Sometimes I am too demanding in my work. I set a
lot of rules especially to my workers. But, I realized that sometimes I have to be more laid-back so that I won’t put
stress on other people.
Some people think that I’m not serious in my work. Actually,
I’m an easygoing type of person. I like to make my work
enjoyable so that I won’t be stressful. But, I think I should
be more serious especially when handling important task. Some people say that I’m
fussy. I want everything to be precise and detailed. But, I’m
trying to be more accepting and understanding towards one’s
limitation.
I am self-motivated. Whenever I face a problem in
doing my job, I take it as a challenge. It motivates me to move forward because I will
only be satisfied once I manage to solve the problem.
I tend to spend too much time making sure the customer is satisfied. However, I began
setting time-limits for myself if I noticed this happening.
