Open System Architecture – ERP Interface

Many companies now run high level business management systems such as Enterprise Resource Planners (SAP, Oracle and similar).

AssetManager supports the transfer of works order information directly from (and back to) a businesses ERP system using FTP protocols. This allows planners to address works order information directly to the machine’s operator station, minimising operator effort and human error. Upon completion of an order, AssetManager returns required production data to the FTP server for entry directly into the ERP system.

This module allows analysis of individual orders to be conducted for specific productivity performance and quality purposes.


Web-based Access

Web-based Access – Means that users have global access to their data and the analysis tools from any internet connected PC, Smart-phone or similar device.

There is no special client based toolset to install or manage.

All system upgrades and improvements are automatically available to clients with no additional charges.

There are no per-user fees associated with the service.

Our high security system ensures complete peace-of-mind to all customers.

The Site Equipment – A system install in less than 1x day…

AssetManager connects to the subject machine using standard industrial I/O. It needs only a hand-full of wired connections to be made and a host of important performance parameters can be monitored, stored and analysed.

The AssetManager Operating System Runs on this full industrial PC. Extremely robust, it includes network connectivity (wireless and hardwired), local and web-based configuration tools and has inbuilt storage capacity for months-worth of data should the internet fail.

These are available in 8.4”, 10.4” and fully

waterproof units

Monitoring shift performance helps analyse and objectively determine and target training needs.
