Physicals must be turned in to me no later than next Thursday.

PRACTICE

Students must join a club to practice

Each week swimmers must practice at least 5 hours.

There will be a weekly sheet that the swimmers will have to fill out and get signed before they turn it into me on Friday by their coach.

If they do not log 5 hours of practice and do not turn it in with a signature by Friday they will not be allowed to compete in the meet the next week

MEETS

Meets will be every Tuesday.

We are looking in to transportation to the meets, but we know that for the practice meet November 5th swimmers will have to have a ride to Hickory Hill.
