POS Contest & Prize Contest • Store vs. Store POS contest •Contest runs from Nov. 11th to Dec. 6th • Percentage lift increase of contest period vs. last year during same time period • Focus categories: DEWALT, Bostitch, & Porter Cable • Store with highest percentage lift increase wins 1st place prize, store with the second highest percentage lift increase wins 2nd place prize

Qualifications • 100% Stanley Black & Decker corporate endcaps must be set during Q3/Q4 • Execution of either Hot Buy Table or Incremental Merchandising featuring at least three (3) of the Focus SKUs

Prize • The first place winner will receive 2 tickets to the Seattle Seahawks vs. St. Louis Rams football game on December 29th, 2013

• The second place winner will receive 2 tickets to the Seattle Seahawks vs. St. Louis Rams football game on December 29th, 2013

Winners will be announced on December 16th, 2013 and tickets will be distributed to winners by December 20th, 2013

Official Contest Rules Competition The Stores will be measured and ranked in order, from highest to lowest, based on the percentage lift increase of the total dollar amount of all DEWALT, Bostitch and Porter Cable products sold during the Contest Period compared to the total dollar amount of all DEWALT, Bostitch and Porter Cable products sold in the same time period in 2012 (consisting of the same number of days as the Contest Period). The Store with the highest ranking (highest percentage lift increase) for the Contest Period will be declared the “First Place Winner” and the Store with the second highest ranking will be declared the “Second Place Winner”. If there is a tie among the highest-ranking Stores, the following will be used to break the tie – overall 2013 YTD POS of DEWALT, Bostitch and Porter Cable products. Qualification In order to enter this Contest, each Store must have 100% Stanley Black & Decker corporate endcaps executed and execute either a Hot Buy Table or Incremental Merchandiser containing at least three (3) of the Focus SKUs during the entire Contest Period.
