Chicago Cubs Additionally, all Cubs Scholars take part in Cubs College

These mentors guide students through the college transition and motivate them throughout their stay. Further, Cubs business partners provide support for finding suitable careers.
Cubs Scholars are also members of the Chicago Scholars, which provides further guidance for postsecondary achievement. In addition to providing workshops oriented toward academic success, Chicago Scholars tracks progress toward graduation. The program's achievements include a 95% graduation rate.
