In the betting home page you can also search for

the specific event for quick viewing

At the upper right of the page are the following

tabs:

This is what we called the Know-Your-

Customer (KYC) program. It is the

process of a business verifying the

identity of clients/customers.

This will be used for Account creation

with MSW.

KYC needs a NFC reader, RFID

(chip) and a webcam to conduct

this activity.

You may also

search in this tab if

the customer has

an existing account

with

Megasportsworld.

Multiple account is

not permitted.

This tab is use for checking

ticket status and claiming of

winnings.

Reports tab is use to generate

transaction history and other

data.

A receipt will be printed for every above

transactions. This includes: reference #;

date & time; amount; cashier’s name;

nature of transaction..

BETTING TERMINAL FUNCTIONALITY

Use for turn over of

shift. A cash details

will appear again,

cashier needs to

input the actual

cash on hand.

BETTING TERMINAL FUNCTIONALITY

Upon confirming cash

details, staff will be

directed to Shift

Summary Report.

LOGOUT - to exit the

betting terminal. Once

Logout, the Shift

Summary will be

printed together with

the Shift Transaction

Details. This will be

kept for filing.

Input Customer’s name and age from valid ID or tap RFID

You may drop down Customer’s birthday as an option and it

will automatically display his/her age

The last 20 names are

automatically saved. Just click the

arrow beside the name box to

search for the player’s name.

Other matches will display an orange button with number, just

click it and it will display other available bet types on that event

Click the bet selection it will display under Bet Slip

Once selection is confirmed, click “Single 1 bet” tab on

the lower right.

Enter the bet amount, verify the bet details, receive the

payment and click “Confirm”

After confirming the bet, a message will display as “You

have successfully placed your bet!”

Only ONE (1) bar-coded

ticket for customer will

be printed.

No more signature

required from either

cashier or customer.

MSW Policy:

No ticket, No Payout

For multiple bet, just select another event as if you were placing a single

bet.

Additional selections will be added under Bet Slip

1. Collect the winning ticket from the bettor

together with the valid ID or scan the RFID

2. Verify the shop name, bettor may only claim his

winnings at the branch where he placed his bet

3. Check the status of the ticket in the betting

terminal

4. Go to the Home Page and click the TICKET tab

5. Scan the barcode or enter the ticket number

manually and press ‘Enter’

If there is a payment amount due, click “confirm”

and receipt will be printed

No need for the

customer to sign the

winning bet ticket as

acknowledgement

Give the “PAID OUT”

ticket to the customer

Stamp or write “Paid” to

the winning ticket, sign,

and file.

If the potential returns do not match the paid out amount

due to voided bets or multiple bets, do the following:

1. Write the correct amount on the bet ticket.

2. Ask the Customer to counter sign.

3. Give the paid out receipt to the Customer.

4. The winning ticket must be stamped “Paid” and signed

by the Staff and file.
