John Clark came to The James Company with an extensive background in church ministry, having served as an ordained minister for over 20 years. He has served as a program director since 1996. John's abilities include his experience in communicating in a wide range of ministry environments and his extensive church administrative background.

Fred Stoltz is a Catholic lay person active in ministry leadership since 1984. In addition to his extensive background in business consulting, he has a Masters degree in Pastoral Studies from St. Francis Seminary in St. Francis, Wisconsin. Fred has served as a director and chairperson on various boards, including Church Council, School Board and a Retreat Center Board.

Bob Connolly is Vice President and Managing Partner of The James Company. He has worked with church congregations, hospitals, schools and social agencies since 1974. He has conducted leadership-training seminars, supervised planning processes and managed stewardship and capital fund appeals for a wide variety of non-profit institutions.
