And he believed the LORD, and he counted it to him as righteousness.

NO! he gave glory to God, fully convinced that God was able to do what he had promised.
—Romans 4:20-21
Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you.”
— Genesis 22:2
By faith Abraham, when he was tested, offered up Isaac, and he who had received the promises was in the act of offering up his only son, of whom it was said, “Through Isaac shall your offspring be named.”

He considered that God was able even to raise him from the dead, from which, figuratively speaking, he did receive him back.

Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he offered up his son Isaac on the altar?

You see that faith was active along with his works, and faith was completed by his works

and the Scripture was fulfilled that says, “Abraham believed God, and it was counted to him as righteousness” —and he was called a friend of God.

NO!

He considered that God was able even to raise him from the dead
— Hebrews 11:19

And he went out, not knowing where he was going.
—Hebrews 11:8
By faith he went to live in the land of promise, as in a foreign land, living in tents with Isaac and Jacob, heirs withhim of the same promise.

For he was looking forward to the city that has foundations, whose designer and builder is God.
—Hebrews 11:10
But as it is, they desire a better country, that is, a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for he has prepared for them a city.

For he was looking forward to the city that has foundations, whose designer and builder is God.

And the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel beforehand toAbraham, saying, “In you shall all the nations be blessed.”

So then, those who are of faith are blessed along with Abraham, the man of faith.

Now it is evident that no one is justified before God by the law, for “The righteous shall live by faith.”
