And Everything

Beauty is both Internal and External

There is natural beauty all around

Just let it emanate

There is beauty in culture

And tradition

There’s beauty in routine

There’s beauty in every color

And age

And gender

There’s beauty in solace

And pride

Beauty in attention

And what appears exotic

And in achievement

And the mysterious

Use the purity of

water to let your

beauty shine

Don’t hide it with lots of

makeup

Keep it Simple (KISs)

Smile

Pray or

Meditate

Do random acts of

kindness

Look after your mind

Look after your body

So what are you waiting for?

Look beautiful and See beauty all around you

Be Curious

Study People Around You

Look for stories and retell them

Get to know a neighbor, a co-worker, a stranger

Carry a Notebook

Read, listen, watch from a new genre

Travel to new horizons
