WORLD MISSION PRAYERS

PRAISES

At a recent teen camp on the Sea of Azov in Ukraine, 12 youth re-sponded to an altar call for people who felt God calling them to full-time Christian ministry, wanting to say with Isaiah, “Here I am, Lord. Send me.” The next night, the Holy Spirit moved in a powerful way and 34 teens responded to the call to repent of their sins and give their lives to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

PRAY FOR

Tropical Storm Maring has dropped monsoonal rains for four days in the Philippines. The storm comes on the heels of Typhoon Lubuyo and has produced the heaviest rains on record for the country. Please pray for the people of the Philippines and for the Church as it responds to help those affected.

Please pray for those who are suffering in Syria and pray for God’s peace to cover the land.

Pray for Nazarenes who face danger each day as they share about Jesus in communities that are outwardly hostile to Christians. Pray that the love of God will transcend all situations, at all times for those who have gone to share the Good News.

The church in Nepal sent these prayer requests. The Dhan-gadi church is in need of a hall for worship. Recent flooding has damaged the small, temporary hut where the people gather for their regular services. The Rajaaiya/Lamitar church is in urgent need of a building. Forty to fifty people regularly meet in a small, private house, where no room holds all the people, so some sit outside in the courtyard. They need protection for the sun, heat, and rain. The dis-trict is planning to build a training center in Chitwan, but they need to acquire land first.
