MOBILE DEVICE PORTABILITY OF ADMIN CONSOLE

The admin console settings can be modified or

controlled remotely by using any mobile device with

web portability. Since the admin console is designed

as a web application.

Monitoring is performed transparently in the background

and is absolutely visible to the employee. It starts logging

as soon as the employee logon to corporate computers till

they do logout of the network.

What is recorded? i-lanze records all activities performed in a computer

(launched applications, opened documents, visited web-

sites) and the duration of each project he worked. (when

employees actually work with applications/documents and

read web-pages related to that particular project)

Collecting data in a centralized location i-lanze client application works even on a remote

computer or on a laptop by collecting data about the

computer's usage. All collected data is automatically sent

to a centralized location using an FTP connection or

company network when the computer is connected to it.

Moni to r ing i-lanze monitors and logs all the file operations carried out in

the Computer System by an user after he has signed in and

updates it with the centralized server at regular intervals. It

also records Screen shots of the user desktop at customizable

time intervals.

i-lanze monitors and maintains the usage Statistics of (windows

applications and Web activities) different applications used by

the signed-in user under different login sessions.
